Our suppliers at both the Global Switch and NAC data centres use only the highest quality components from manufacturers such as Intel, Flexiserv, Western Digital and Crucial in the construction of their servers.
Our typical UK server configuration would be Dual Intel Xeon processors with 2GB of RAM, 2x fast SATA hard drives with the extra assurance of RAID mirroring and a third drive for frequent backups.
US servers are of a similar standard, typically being Dual Xeon processor machines with 1GB of RAM and 2x fast IDE hard drives including one for backups (without RAID).
